Consent for Proxy Interview Services

Fujifilm Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Fujifilm”) has published job openings on the recruitment platform “Jelper Club” (hereinafter referred to as “Jelper Club”). By applying for these positions through Jelper Club, students registered on the platform (hereinafter referred to as “Students”) agree that the following information, which was shared with Fujifilm by the Students, may be further shared with Jelper Club for the purpose of conducting interview proxy services:

・Personal information provided at the time of application (including, but not limited to, name, contact details, and any other information that may directly or indirectly identify an individual)

・Information regarding the status of the selection process

・Information entered on this Calendly page (including, but not limited to, name, contact details, and proposed interview schedules)

As part of the proxy interview services, I agree that when Jelper Club Inc. conducts an interview (hereinafter referred to as "the interview") with students, the following information will be shared by Jelper Club Inc. with Fujifilm for the purpose of evaluating the interview content and selecting students to proceed to the next stage of the selection process by Fujifilm:

・The content of the student's explanations during the interview

・The skill level demonstrated by the student during the interview

​Students have already consented to Jelper Club’s Privacy Policy at the time of registration on the platform. For further details on how Jelper Club handles personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://corporate.jelper.co/en/privacy-policy).
