What is Jelper Club?
Recruitment Platform for Students from Top Global Universities and Japanese Companies
Traditionally, reaching out to students from the world's top universities, who are sought after by companies worldwide, has been extremely difficult for Japanese entities. Thus, we created the Jelper Club to help you to connect such elite students who are looking for opportunities in Japan with Japanese companies. At Jelper Club, we provide a platform equipped with all the necessary features to enable Japanese companies to reach out to and recruit these top global talents.
Many students from top global universities interested in employment in Japan are registered
As of May 2024, over 70% of the students registered on our platform are from universities ranked within the top 50 by major global university rankings (QS, THE, ARWU), and about 90% are from institutions within the top 100. Notably, a significant number of Harvard students, who wish to work in Japan, are registered with Jelper Club. Furthermore, many students also possess practical work experience, enabling the recruitment of new graduates who are immediately operational.

Daichi Mitsuzawa
Born in Tokyo, Japan.
Majored in International Relations at Keio University. During university, instrumental in organizing the Harvard and UK Japan Career Fairs, connecting top global university students with Japanese companies, and spearheaded residential training programs and workshops to deepen understanding of Japan.
Upon graduation from the university, garnered experience at strategic consulting firm before founding Jelper Club Inc. in February 2023.

Dr. Warren A. Stanislaus
Dr. Stanislaus received an MPhil and PhD from the University of Oxford.
Originally from London, he is fluent in Japanese and has spent over 14 years in Tokyo as a student (BA graduate of ICU) and professional working in universities, a think tank and the higher education sector.
As President of the Oxford Alumni Club, he designed academia-industry partnerships between the University of Oxford Careers Service and companies in Japan to develop student internships and career placements.

Simon Arango Baquero
Born in Colombia.
Majored in Neuroscience at Harvard University. During university, engaged in neuroscience research at both Dana Farber Cancer Research Center in Boston and RIKEN Brain Science Institute in Tokyo. Also served as president of Harvard College Japan Initiative, dedicated to connecting Japan and Harvard.
Upon graduation, began working for strategic consulting firm. Later assumed the role of CMO at Jelper Club Inc.

Graduated from Harvard University. Utilized the MEXT Scholarship for international students at Kyushu University. Founder and current CEO of Hako, LLC, engaged in crisis management, branding and strategic partnerships. Also serves as an advisor to the Ministry of Education’s MEXT Scholars Association, Katsuiku Foundation, On Your Mark ! Summer Camp and President Emeritus of Harvard College Japan Initiative.
Former advisor to Taktopia Co., Ltd. and fabbit Co., Ltd. Former Director of the Komatsu Summer School.
