Challenge
Further expansion in recruiting top-level global new graduates

At Fujifilm, overseas sales account for more than 60% of total revenue, and securing internationally capable new graduates is becoming increasingly important as we look to further expand our global business.


Until now, we have primarily recruited Japanese students with global experience. However, moving forward, we aim to actively hire top-tier new graduates from around the world, regardless of nationality.


As part of this initiative, we have decided to introduce Jelper Club, a platform where numerous outstanding students from around the world are registered.

Result
Successfully hired multiple top-tier students from around the world

After posting job openings through Jelper Club, we received applications from many outstanding students. Beyond online recruitment, we wanted candidates to directly experience our company’s purpose and culture. With the support of Jelper Club, we planned and executed campus visits to top universities worldwide, including Harvard University, from scratch—covering everything from design and implementation to follow-up support.


As a result, we engaged with over 400 students across 10 universities and successfully hired multiple top-tier candidates.
