Challenge
Struggling to Hire Highly Skilled Full-stack Engineers
Sekigin aimed to hire young full-stack engineers to develop its in-house services, with a particular focus on students majoring in computer science with advanced skills. While they did receive a certain number of applications using domestic job placement services at first, it was difficult to find candidates whose skill level matched their needs. Faced with this situation, Sekigin decided to register on Jelper Club.
Result
Successful Hiring of One Full-stack Engineer and One Marketing Specialist
After posting the job openings on Jelper Club, many applications came in from students majoring in CS at top universities such as Stanford and Harvard. Almost immediately after the listing went live, they found a candidate who met their requirements and successfully hired them as a full-stack engineer. Additionally, Sekigin posted a job opening for a global marketing role at the same time, which also attracted numerous applications, leading to the successful hire of an exceptional student for the marketing position.

Tatsuya Tanaka - CEO of Sekigin LLC.
“Due to a shortage of excellent software engineers in-house, we posted for this position through Jelper Club and received applications from many students, mainly from Ivy League schools, and were able to hire them. Despite being undergraduates, they have plenty of experience and high practical skills, which we find very valuable. In the future, we want to use Jelper Club not only for engineers but also for hiring HR and marketing talent.”
