Recruitment of R&D talent with world-class expertise
Suntory has traditionally focused on hiring new graduate R&D talent with both expertise and skills from domestic universities in Japan. However, given the current job market, which favors job seekers, and the accelerating demographic shift toward an aging and declining population, the company recognized the need to establish recruitment channels for outstanding R&D students from overseas.
In this context, Suntory learned about Jelper Club, which has a large number of internationally top-tier university students with exceptional expertise, and decided to utilize its services.
Result
Successfully hired a total of two full-time new graduates in R&D
After registering with Jelper Club, we were amazed to discover a large number of students with exceptionally high-level and unique research experience, far exceeding our expectations. Upon posting our job opening, we were surprised by the number of applications from outstanding students.
Wanting to attract even more candidates, we simultaneously filtered students who met our criteria and sent out a bulk scout message alongside the job posting. As a result, we received an even greater number of applications and successfully hired two candidates as full-time new graduates.
