Challenge
Struggling to Hire Young Engineers Domestically
Timewitch has been developing numerous new services, and thus we absolutely needed to hire highly skilled and talented software engineers. The average age at our company is 28, and we hoped to recruit young, capable software engineers if possible. However, we found it difficult to hire software engineers with the right qualifications in Japan, which led us to look overseas. That was when we discovered Jelper Club, and we decided to participate in their recruitment event, the “Japan Career Summit.” After attending the event, we also registered on Jelper Club’s recruitment platform, “Jelper Club.”
Result
Successfully Hired More Than 10 Engineers, including a Harvard Student
First, we participated in the “Japan Career Summit” recruitment event hosted by Jelper Club. We received applications from many excellent computer science students, which led to the hiring of several of them. Convinced of Jelper Club’s effectiveness, we decided to use the Enterprise Plan on its recruitment platform. As a result, we received numerous applications from top students worldwide, including those in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Within three months of using the platform, we were able to hire around 10 people in total, combining interns and full-time employees. For the first time in our company’s history, we also successfully hired a student from Harvard University.
