Jelper Club Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or "the Company") primarily operates a matching platform for students from universities worldwide, student organizations related to Japan, career centers, and Japanese companies with the primary objective of recruiting and forming a candidate pool (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Due to the operation of this Platform and business, we handle a lot of personal information from our customers and related parties. We have established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") to manage this information and comply with laws related to personal information.

Personal information refers to information about the users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the Platform provided by the Company, which can identify the Users by their name, address,telephone number, email address, university name, and other information and data. Also, even if it is not identifiable with that information alone, it includes information that can identify an individual user if it can be easily compared with other information. Data Acquisition

The information that the Company acquires or may acquire is as follows. If the acquired or potentially acquired information corresponds to the "personal information" mentioned above, this policy will be applied. However, the User's (student's) name, university name, major, expected graduation year (including prospective), English level, and Japanese level (except Qualifications and their scores), as entered by the User during the Platform registration process, will be displayed on the User's My Page on the Platform as initial information upon completion of registration and will be publicly available within the Platform with the user's explicit consent. The user can delete, edit, or add to this initial information at any time.

In addition, we also collect information about users' use of services, status, profile pictures, and photos. When the Company releases an application, we will also obtain information through the application.

User Personal Information Provision

Safety Management Measures

We take measures for safety management to prevent leakage or loss of personal information we handle. The following items are included in these safety management measures:

Third Party Provision and Sharing

A. When using the payment service "Stripe" (only information related to bank accounts, credit cards, and other payments is applicable)

B. When using the "Jelper AI Profile Builder" (utilizing the Google Gemini API), only the information included in the CV and resume uploaded by the User on their personal profile page on the platform will be subject to use
C. When the user himself/herself requests disclosure or provision to a third party
D. When required by law
E. When there is a reorganization or business transfer, etc., and our company and a third party appear

Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

We may outsource all or part of the work related to the handling of personal information. In such cases, we take responsibility for the handling of personal information at the outsourcing destination and ensure that the safety management of personal information is carried out.

Request for Notification of Purpose of Use, etc.

A. Notification of purpose of use or disclosure of personal information or third party provision records
